Please be aware that submission times are estimates from Ace Grading, the timer does not start until Ace receive the cards. Our submissions are collected by Ace every couple of weeks.

To best protect your submission from any loss or complications we request you document each card you are submitting. Failure to do so will waive any ability for loss during shipment or whilst stored at Thunderbolt Cards Alternatively, if you are happy to waive this, please instead include how many cards you are sending Example card list layout below: Card Name - Card Number - Language - TCG Omanyte - 180/165 - English - Pokemon

You will be able to choose your label type during the grading process with Ace Grading, please monitor your emails for this. All status updates once the cards reach Ace Grading will be handled directly with them along with payment and return shipping charges.

Pre-Submission Acknowledgements
